Event: Superbowl Champions Kansas City Chiefs White House Visit (2024) ​

Stats: In the previous 50 reels, views ranged from 40K to 780K (this being one video) view range, our dancing trend video did 1.3M views, a 66.7% increase over previous top performing content and the highest performing content of the year at that point.

Strategy: Incorporated trending audio that showcased athletes dancing and pitched to NFL for Superbowl Champs content. This was the first time we introduced this format to Instagram Reels.

Direct-to-Camera Q&A's with Governors at the White House

Event: 2024 National Governor's Association Meeting at the White House ​

Strategy: Posting in real time on stories required me to attend major events and capture on the ground content during the engagement and turnaround posting on same day. For this event, we utilized a popular social media trend where I would ask rapid fire questions to the Governors about their states. I was responsible for pitching the ideas within our team, coordinating with each Governor's social team to ensure alignment, and filming the content then turning it around through approvals.

Coordinating & Managing Major Partnership Engagements 

Event: Anderson Cooper Podcast (All There Is with Anderson Cooper) with the President

Responsibilities: For major media engagements with the President, I played a key role as a host. I assisted our Partnerships Team and Director, Christian Tom, with logistics, booked rooms with East Wing staff, coordinated arrival details and K-9 sweeps with the Secret Service for executive producers and equipment, personally welcomed and hosted talent/crew before and after filming, and aided Christian in the rollout strategy. The picture to left was taken after we wrapped up a successful day with Anderson's team, and the President.

Serving as a Liason for Creator/Influencer Days 

Event: Creator Days at the White House

Responsibilities: Assisted in hosting and facilitating creator days at the White House, including briefings, tours, and meetings with senior officials. Managed relationships with partners and creators across 10+ major creator days, including the State of the Union and first-ever White House Economic Conference (video to the left).

The White House

After interning at the White House, I transitioned into a full-time role supporting the Leadership Team on the Office of Digital Strategy. I facilitated high-level engagements, prepared presentations, produced content and aided in influencer/creator engagements. 

​

I played a key role in digital content creation, leading the White House's official Snapchat account with nearly 800,000 followers, capturing real-time moments/traditional events at the White House, and producing trend-driven vertical content. I also managed the White House sports content portfolio, creating and filming trend-based vertical videos for championship-winning teams (Super Bowl, NBA, NCAA, World Series, etc.). My strategic content pitches resulted in some of the highest performing content of the year on White House social media channels. 

​

Beyond content strategy, I coordinated over 20 direct-to-camera shoots with the President in the White House Residence; handling logistics with Secret Service, managing film crews, and ensuring seamless execution in a high-security environment. I also led digital engagements with external stakeholders, aiding in hosting influencers and partners such as Anderson Cooper, Conan O'Brien, NBC Universal, VidCon, Architectural Digest, BTS, etc. 

​
